Fabio Viviani, a contestant on Top Chef Season 5, was named Fan Favorite for the season and is co-owner of Café Firenze Restaurant & Martini Bar in Moorpark, California. Originally from Florence, Italy, he has studied cooking since he was twelve with formal training from the age of fourteen.

Jacopo Falleni, an award-winning, certified mixologist who trained at the Sommelier School in Italy is Fabio’s business partner in Café Firenze Restaurant and Martini Bar in Moorpark, California. He was an instructor at the famed A.I.B.E.S.
